The question that has been asked is why? Why have the indigenous people been underrepresented, underprivileged and underserved all over the world?

And when that happens everything else is indigenous and primitive and therefore relegated to the background.
Africans are the indigenous people of their continent and proud of their various ethnic and tribal affiliations. They have preserved the languages that make it possible for them to communicate with each other. They wear the costumes that identify them and give then that sense of tribal identity. Their general lifestyles reflect the ways they have adapted to their environment over the ages.
